Those type B- / C projects were typically constructed 25 years ago, and offer the ability to achieve a substantially high yearly cash flow through careful and accurate management. Our strategy is to acquire such properties, with occupancy of +60%, take over the management and perform an upgrade/renovation to all units. 2. Development and condo conversion Optimum is engaged in several condominium developments and condo-conversion projects, on the island of Galveston (TX). Our condominium developments are perfectly located to allow beach and ocean views from all units and offer superior amenities and value for buyers. Our condo-conversion projects are all located minutes away from the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and offer buyers the luxury of owning a renovated condominium, in excellent locations (in proximity to business districts and leisure areas at affordable prices. • Identification and creation of opportunities Optimum-Houstate is screening hundreds of opportunities per year.
